Spinning Tales into Treasure

Spinning Tales Into Treasure

Join Lisa, Lily, Jemimah and Dorcas - or Grandma Dori as she is sometimes called - in a treasure filled discovery of how our family tales and stories become valuable jewels if we take the time to stop and listen.

Grandma Dori's stories are adapted from actual stories from the life of Lisa's Grandmother and Mother-in-law. You may find yourself remembering treasured tales from your family history.

This new program offered by Pockets Full of Fun is perfect for Women's Meetings and conferences. Call Lisa today to schedule 'Spinning Tales into Treasure' for your next women's event!

The Best Helper

I have been working with a group of kids from the K.I.C.K after school program. First we did a puppet show using puppets available in the church. We did a story called "The Parable of the Zoo Keeper" which was a re-write of "The Parable of the Good Samaritan". Then we made puppets for our next story called "The Best Helper". This story was a re-write of "The Parable of the Good Samaritan". We only practiced 2 times before presenting the play to the rest of the kids. Hope you enjoy it!!
